if ordering for service, please enter the dollar amount of the service upon checkout.
gift certificates are sent by email. when you purchase, please fill out the form below, and the gift of your choice will be sent to the recepint while the receipt will be sent to you. there is also limited space for a message, so please include this information. if the form below is not completed, both the gift certificate and receipt will be sent to you. if ordering for service, please also specify which one.
